Over the last decade, significant progress has been made to set up small businesses that can use cleared invasive alien plant biomass for indoor and outdoor furniture, eco-coffins, wood chips, building materials, toys, screens, blinds, fences and garden objet d'art.

Under the guidance of the Working for Water Value Added team, these businesses now provide jobs for many and are regarded as ecologically ethical social enterprises.
